To become a NEW Professional Author Member (PAM) or to RENEW on-line

1) Complete the form below and check a committee that interests you.

2) Click submit.

3) Then complete the online Payment Links. CWC accepts payments with PayPal and with credit cards.

You can use your own credit card so be sure to read the PayPal page near the credit card logos and you will see a "continue" which takes you to the credit card section.

4) If you wish, make a donation to CWC by clicking on the donate button.

5) CWC will send you confirmation that your form has been received

6) PayPal will send you a payment confirmation
