Smith, Frank

Frank Smith was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, but grew up in England. Working for the GPO (now British Telecom) at Bletchley Park during World War II, he became interested in espionage and police work. When he returned to Canada, he continued to work in telecommunications in Alberta.

Frank moved to British Columbia in 1983. He is married and has two children and two grandchildren.
