CWC Media Room @ Bouchercon 2026: Member Participation Application

Form Instructions

Please read the following before completing your application:

Panel Ideas: If you are proposing a panel, please provide a description (max 200 words). If you have specific CWC members in mind to join you, please list them.

Expertise: If you don't have a specific panel idea but want to participate, please tell us about your "expert" topics (e.g., forensics, indie marketing, historical research). We will use this to match you with compatible panels.

Availability: Please review your travel schedule carefully. Let us know any specific times you are not available so we can avoid scheduling conflicts.

Travel & Registration: By submitting this form, you acknowledge that panelists are responsible for their own travel expenses and Bouchercon registration.

The Media Room Schedule:

Thursday, Oct 22: 9:00 am – 3:45 pm
Friday, Oct 23: 9:00 am – 3:45 pm
Saturday, Oct 24: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm (Note: No Media Room sessions will be scheduled during the General Members Meeting).

Honorariums & Expenses: Please note that CWC does not provide payment or honorariums for panelists or moderators.

Travel & Costs: All participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and Bouchercon registration fees.
